BUILD — Websites & Web Applications

The digital side of an institution starts with the site.

An institutional site is not a brochure but a working system. We build online exam systems, institutional websites, assignment systems and student portals — for anything else you have in mind, get in touch.

Examples

What we build

These are examples. Not every institution needs all of them, and the list is not closed — describe the system you have in mind and we'll look at it together.

Institutional website
Programme, level, campus, fees, scholarship and contact pages — mobile first, fast and built to a search-ready structure.
Online exam system
Timed, secured online sessions, an exam module where you add your own questions, and mock sessions shaped like IELTS, TOEFL and YDS.
Placement test
A student's level is measured and they land in the right class. Because people search for it, it doubles as a search result.
Assignment system
Assignment delivery, submission tracking and result collection. A teacher sees who is weak on what, on one screen.
Student portal
A logged-in area that gathers announcements, calendars, reports, attendance and messaging in one place.
Programme & campus pages
A page for every programme and every campus — the structure that has an answer when someone searches.
Custom tools
Small applications written for your own needs: campus visit booking, event calendars, bus route lookup.
Technical foundation
Speed, mobile usability, accessibility, structured data and indexability set up correctly from day one.
Approach

What changes once the site is right

A site that answers what is asked

Answers on fees, scholarships, transport and programmes are found on your site, so people don't end up on third-party forums.

A site that doesn't lose people on a phone

Most education searches happen on a phone. What someone came for is reachable one-handed, on one screen.

Ownership stays with you

Domain, hosting, code and content are registered in your name.

Frequently asked

Questions about the web side

Yes. The areas you change regularly — announcements, events, staff, dates — are set up to be editable without technical knowledge. We run a short handover session.

It runs as a separate system that your site links into, so maintenance and server load never land on you. If you want it inside your own site, that is a separate conversation.

The institution is the data controller. What is collected, where it is stored and how long it is kept are defined in writing at the start.

The exam and assignment infrastructure runs on our own platform, Dil Kutusu.

What system do you have in mind?

If you need something that isn't on the list, describe it and we'll look at whether and how it can be built.
