TELL — Social Media & Advertising

This is where people look before they decide.

In education, social is not a promotion channel but a verification channel. Whoever finds you comes here to work out what the place is really like. Advertising works when it runs on that ground.

Scope

What we run on the social side

Content calendar
A monthly plan tied to your own rhythm — exam calendars, term starts, graduation. We don't produce content to fill empty days.
Campus & classroom storytelling
Real lessons, labs, clubs, teaching staff and student work — a format that shows evidence rather than claims.
Short-form video
Reels and short video: a campus tour, inside a lesson, a teacher explaining, an alumni story. Shoot planning and editing included.
Visual language
Colour, type, templates and photo discipline, so every post visibly comes from the same institution.
Programme storytelling
Programmes described in the same voice on social and on the site, so the two complete each other rather than repeat.
Advertising
Google search ads and Meta (Instagram, Facebook) campaigns, district-level targeting, budget allocation and a weekly read.
Community management
Replies to comments and messages within a defined window, early detection of escalation, moving conversations into the right channel.
Approach

Social works differently in education

The person watching and the person deciding are often not the same. The family watches, the student shares.

Two audiences at once

Trust for the family, belonging for the student. One post cannot carry both, so the calendar is split accordingly.

Student imagery is sensitive

Student photos and video are used only with written consent through a defined approval flow. That is a rule, not a preference.

Advertising follows the calendar

Budget is not spread evenly across twelve months. Scholarship exams, term starts and mid-year each need a different month and message.

Boundaries

What we do and don't do on social

We do

  • A monthly content calendar and shoot plan
  • Copy written in your own voice
  • Short-form video editing
  • Ad management and weekly reporting
  • A response routine for comments and messages
  • Imagery used through a written consent flow

We don't

  • Buy followers
  • Manufacture fake comments or engagement
  • Publish student imagery without consent
  • Overstate academic outcomes
