Privacy and KVKK
Short version: this site collects nothing from you. The long version is below.
What is collected here?
Nothing. This site is entirely static. There is no visitor tracking, no analytics tool, no cookie and no database.
Then how do the forms work?
The contact form and the visibility check run entirely in your own browser. Your selections and anything you type are never sent to a server.
When you finish the steps, the page turns your selections into an e-mail draft and opens your own mail app. Whether to press send is entirely your decision. Until you do, we know nothing.
The visibility score is calculated in your browser in the same way; your answers go nowhere.
Language preference
Your Turkish or English choice is kept only in your browser's local storage. It is never sent to us and is deleted when you clear your browser data.
When you e-mail us
If you e-mail us, that message and your address naturally sit in our inbox. In that case:
- Your details are used only to answer your request and prepare a proposal.
- They are not used for advertising, not sold and not added to marketing lists.
- They are deleted within a reasonable period after our correspondence ends.
- Our mail service is provided by Google LLC, so message contents may be processed on servers outside Türkiye.
This is ordinary e-mail correspondence under the KVKK. To have your data deleted, write to the same address.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Firebase Hosting. Like any web server, technical access logs may be generated for operational purposes. Charm Media does not read, analyse or link these logs to individuals.
Fonts
Page fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers. Beyond that there are no third-party scripts, pixels or trackers on this site.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK) you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information, to ask for correction or deletion, and to object to processing. Write to charmdigitalplatform@gmail.com; we respond within 30 days at the latest.
